Birthday Party Reservation Request

Once we confirm your reservation, a $50 deposit is required to reserve your birthday party. Deposit is non-refundable within 48 hours of the party.

If weather does not allow for the birthday party, Pelly's Mini Golf will reschedule the party at the earliest mutually agreed upon time. If that time is not acceptable, the $50 deposit will be refunded.

Is there a minimum # of people?
There is a minimum of 8.

Is there a maximum #?  
Our largest patio can hold up to 40.

Do I have to bring paper goods?  
We will provide generic paper goods (plates, cups, utensils).
If you are having a theme party, you may bring themed plates, etc.

Do you offer cakes?  
No, you must provide your own cake or cupcakes.

Can I bring my own food? 
The only outside food we allow is your cake or cupcakes.

Will your staff stay with us for the entire party? 
Your party host will be there to take your food order, serve your lunch and make sure you have everything you need. They do not accompany you on the course.

Do you serve alcohol? 
Yes, beer and wine.

Is gratuity included?
Groups of 8 or more will have an 18% gratuity added to the final bill.

What happens when I arrive? 
Our staff will greet you and escort you to your reserved patio.

When do we start golfing? 
Once the food delivery time is chosen with your host, food is usually served about 45 minutes after you start golfing. Your host will give a short safety speech and equip each child with a putter and a golf ball, typically 10-15 minutes after your party start time.

Can we all play together? 
You may break into groups of 4 or 5 children. Groups of more than 5 are not permitted.

Can the children play by themselves? 
There must be at least 1 adult to accompany each group of children.

How do we know when to eat? 
The children will meet back on the patio at the agreed-upon time.
The staff will serve your lunch and beverages.

What about food for the adults? 
You may order additional pizza and veggie trays, fruit trays, or chips and salsa (these items must be ordered 24 hours in advance). If ordering pizza for the adults, please remember we will always feed the party children first.

Large Cheese Pizza: $18.00 (8 Slices)
Large Pepperoni Pizza:$20.00 (8 Slices)
Fruit Tray: $35.00 feeds 15-20 people
Veggie Tray: $35.00 feeds 15-20 people
Chips & Salsa: $20.00 feeds 15-20 people
Fresh Baked Cookie Tray: $30.00 Two Dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Do the adults and siblings play for free? 
There will be an additional charge for the adults and non-party children.
