San Diego County Fair time With the fair there are some changes to our schedules: On half days, the last bucket will be sold before 10:00 a.m. – no exceptions! Pelly’s Mini Golf and Café is open regular hours during the entire 2019 S.D. County Fair Pelly’s and the Café will be closed Saturday, June 29th – July 4th.
